is so long that you do not write about this "newspaper". Maybe too much. Caught in the maelstrom of events we are missing a bit 'all. I primarily , I am sorry. Yet events are occurring, many news last period! New strange, frightening, certainly a source of inspiration to write. But ...
What to say? We are witnessing the final collapse of the institutions in our beloved country and we remain hated watching. Astonished, worried, indifferent, does not matter. We watch, we discuss perhaps, but at the end of the projection room when the lights come on again, every man for himself, he returns home. I remember, without mentioning it by heart, what my professor said about the Socialists in the twenties (unless I'm mistaken): "They made speeches red, inflamed, then in the evening they returned home, he pulled up the covers to warm up for good and slept soundly." We are like that. We sleep soundly at the end of each day's words, thoughts and discussions on fire.
Democracy is based on a simple assumption: the people must respect and be fully aware of the importance and significance of the institutions. The Constitution governs the entire system until all is considered right adjustment. The moment you empty every feeling against him, the Constitution also become waste paper. I consider this extremely important concept. It is not the Constitution that guarantees the balanced unfolding of democracy in a country, but it is the people, considering that, gives it the power to do so. And our people, we then, what do you think now? The institutions, which have importance in our society?
"The bombing of a statue" to the Prime Minister is very serious. It should be condemned. I like it, however, see the reactions in the laps of the waltz of our political life. Before everything everyone said, insulted, attacked, sued, compiled files, and now, from that uproar of shouting and verbal violence worthy of an English derby of the good old days, I am wary of leaving flowers and gentlemen. It requires calmness, sobriety, a return to dialogue .... The worst berluscones have become saints and the great opposition party (???) which is the PD remixes for good phrases to throw up a smoothie newspeak of doubtful meaning. But this is politics. A world of those who we admire and contradicted over the screen of a television or the newspaper scented ink drills. Sad, is not it?
I wanted to talk about other things though. In particular institutions (speech I've left behind). I said: "Democracy works as long as the people he has awareness and respect. Of course, in a country of fans (I am reminded of an article by Gianmario the past year, "The Red and Black ") factions and partisanship, it is certainly difficult, if not impossible, to talk about " mature democracies ". And in this climate so ... lively? ... the institutions where they end up? Everyone can name a what he wants now. A President of the Republic "left", a good way to legitimize it, right? A Speaker of the House "comrade", accustomed to the red wine of Romagna (ipse dixit Felt). The Constitutional Court "left" opponents ( all, any ideas and political origin) "comrades", the journalists' media terrorist ", the judges and the PM" anthropologically different ", etc. ...
Cicchitto Assuming that I am sorry that after a speech delivered in Parliament as a result of the aggression to the Prime Minister, I wonder, but this, in your opinion, is respect for the institutions? No, obvious answer. The problem is something else, I try to focus it better, voters, citizens, are they angry? Some yes. Many others, unfortunately, no. Here is the problem. If this were a mature democracy, such talk would have generated such a movement of protest that people "right" and "left" would probably united in expressing their suffering, their disillusionment, their disappointment (to put it in terms elegant). It 'happened? No. Show must go on, everything goes.
the citizen should be at the heart operation of its institutions, not certain that his faction is right always, in any situation and at any time. So it is now. There seems, therefore, a mature democracy? To you the verdict. I do not think even the faint shadow of a country with sound democratic principles.
I take this opportunity to wish everyone Happy Holidays. Who knows, maybe a little 'relaxation holiday will benefit the glowing boil our enlightened politicians. The important thing is that ideas are lightened to mostly all of us.
